The mobile experience is changing the way we do business—and keeping up can be a challenge. To help Purolator meet the needs of its customers, we updated its existing mobile app to offer a completely new mobile experience.
Mobile for all.
Purolator’s existing mobile app was designed exclusively for Apple devices. With the company’s Android customer base growing, one of our top priorities was to design an app that would not only work with both iOS and Android devices, but be compatible with tablets as well. Next, we used an iterative prototyping process and conducted rounds of usability testing with real customers to uncover ways to offer an improved mobile experience.
Making customers happy.
The finished product is a universal app that allows customers to track shipments and find store locations. With a current 4+ rating in the App Store and on Google Play, it’s safe to say Purolator’s customers—and the company itself—are pleased with the new app.
